Welcome to NewMeBooking.
These Terms of Use for Practitioners (“Terms”) govern your participation as a service provider (“Practitioner”) on the NewMeBooking platform https://newmebooking.com (the “Website”).
By registering as a practitioner, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. About NewMeBooking
NewMeBooking is an online booking platform that connects practitioners with clients seeking services in mental health, holistic wellness, retreats, and related practices.
The platform provides tools for managing bookings, payments, and communication.
NewMeBooking is not an employer, partner, or agent of any practitioner.
All practitioners operate as independent contractors.
2. Practitioner Eligibility
To join NewMeBooking, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess the necessary qualifications, certifications, or licenses required to provide your listed services (where applicable).
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and listing creation.
Comply with all local, national, and professional regulations applicable to your practice.
3. Practitioner Responsibilities
By using NewMeBooking, you agree to:
Maintain accurate, updated, and complete profile and service information.
Deliver services professionally and in line with your advertised offerings.
Manage your availability calendar responsibly to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Handle client communications, cancellations, and refund requests promptly and respectfully.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
Practitioners are fully responsible for their client relationships, service outcomes, and professional conduct.
4. Payments and Fees
All payments are processed through Stripe.
Practitioners receive 90% of each completed booking, and NewMeBooking retains a 10% platform fee for administrative and service costs.
Platform fees are non-refundable.
Practitioners are responsible for any tax obligations related to their income (e.g., VAT, income tax).
Refunds and cancellations must be managed in accordance with your individual policy and communicated transparently to clients.
5. Refunds and Disputes
Practitioners must handle refund requests in compliance with their own policies and local laws.
If a client dispute arises, NewMeBooking may act as a neutral intermediary to facilitate communication but does not determine or enforce the outcome.
Practitioners agree not to misuse the platform’s refund system or engage in fraudulent practices.
6. Content and Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information, images, videos, or content uploaded to your profile.
You must not post misleading, defamatory, or false information.
NewMeBooking reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or platform standards.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Practitioners must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws when collecting or processing client data.
Personal data may only be used for booking and communication purposes related to the service.
Unauthorized use, sale, or disclosure of client data is strictly prohibited.

8. Professional Conduct
Practitioners must:
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward clients and platform staff.
Not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other protected category.
Avoid making false claims, guarantees, or medical diagnoses beyond their qualifications.
Follow appropriate ethical and professional standards in all service interactions.
9. Platform Rights
NewMeBooking reserves the right to:
Verify practitioner identities and credentials.
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Modify or discontinue any aspect of the platform at its discretion.
Withhold payments if fraudulent or misleading activities are detected.
10. Limitation of Liability
NewMeBooking is not responsible for:
Losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your interactions with clients.
Service cancellations, no-shows, or disputes.
Technical issues, errors, or downtime of the platform.
Practitioners agree to use the platform at their own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NewMeBooking, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from:
Your breach of these Terms,
Misrepresentation of your qualifications or services, or
Any violation of applicable laws or client rights.
12. Termination
NewMeBooking reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a practitioner’s access without prior notice if:
These Terms are breached,
Fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected, or
Required legal documentation is not provided.
Upon termination, any pending bookings may be cancelled, and access to funds may be restricted pending investigation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
