These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://newmebooking.com (the “Website”) and related services.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. About NewMeBooking
NewMeBooking is an online booking platform that connects clients with independent practitioners offering mental health, holistic, wellness, and retreat services.
We are not a direct service provider, employer, or representative of any practitioner listed on the platform.
All practitioners operate independently and are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of their services.
2. Eligibility
To use NewMeBooking, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent.
Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or making a booking.
Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account on NewMeBooking:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
NewMeBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent activity.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made directly between clients and practitioners.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
90% of each payment is transferred to the practitioner, while 10% is retained by NewMeBooking as a platform service fee.
The platform fee is non-refundable.
Refunds, cancellations, or reschedules must be handled in accordance with the practitioner’s own policy.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Website for lawful purposes only.
Not engage in activities that may harm, disrupt, or misuse the platform or its users.
Not post or share misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of practitioners and other users.
6. Practitioner Responsibilities
Practitioners using NewMeBooking must:
Provide accurate, updated, and truthful information about their qualifications and services.
Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients.
Handle refund, rescheduling, and cancellation requests transparently and fairly.
Comply with all applicable professional, ethical, and legal requirements in their region of operation.
7. Platform Disclaimer
NewMeBooking is not a party to any agreement between clients and practitioners.
We are not responsible for:
The quality, outcome, or effectiveness of practitioner services.
Practitioner availability or communication.
Disputes, cancellations, or damages arising from booked services.
Our role is limited to facilitating secure online booking and payment processing.
8. Fees and Taxes
All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Practitioners are solely responsible for any income tax, VAT, or other local tax obligations arising from their earnings.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, design elements, graphics, text, logos, and software are the intellectual property of NewMeBooking or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Website without prior written consent.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By using the platform, you consent to our use of your information as described in that policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewMeBooking and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Your use of the platform,
Practitioner performance or non-performance,
Service errors, or
Technical interruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of platform fees paid by you during the previous 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NewMeBooking, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms,
Your misuse of the platform, or
Your interaction with practitioners or other users.
13. Termination
NewMeBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
You violate these Terms,
Provide false information, or
Engage in behavior harmful to the platform or its users.
Termination does not affect any existing bookings or payments already processed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, where NewMeBooking operates.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our operations or legal obligations.
The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
