By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

NewMeBooking acts solely as an intermediary platform that connects clients with independent practitioners (“Sellers” or “Practitioners”).
We do not provide therapy, coaching, or any service ourselves.
Each practitioner is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, qualifications, pricing, and service quality.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to book services through the Platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and booking.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are made directly through the Platform.

• Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe.

• The platform fee is non-refundable.

• The refund policy is determined by each seller; clients must contact the seller directly for refund requests.

• Refunds, if approved, are generally processed within 3–7 business days, depending on bank processing times.

5. Cancellations

Each practitioner may set their own cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Please check the practitioner’s profile or contact them before booking to understand their specific policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information when booking or communicating.

• Attend booked sessions on time.

• Respect practitioners’ time and terms.

• Avoid inappropriate or abusive behavior toward practitioners or support staff.

7. Disclaimer

NewMeBooking does not verify or guarantee the outcomes of any services.
The platform is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.
Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made based on services booked through the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and branding belong to NewMeBooking and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• NewMeBooking is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

• We are not responsible for disputes, errors, or issues between clients and practitioners.
